Not saying it won’t happen but IU’s approach of “we are IU and why wouldn’t you want to be a part of this” isn’t fully resonating. 1. Not doubting what you heard. 2. He wanted to be part of this! No further info from the guy close to it but can assume IU stepped up and did the right things to close the deal. skhoosier2 and Stuhoo 2 Quote

skhoosier2 Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Really great to see this news on Twitter tonight. Huge get for Bostad and Cig. These are the in state kids we need staying home and choosing IUFB. Artie86 1 Quote

Or take all the talent and figure the rest out later. BtownStrength and skhoosier2 2 Quote

I know we will still be portal shopping, but it seems like this might be a slightly larger o-line class due to losing a lot to graduation and projections based on the number of offers we have out. I know Bostad likes some of our young guys but we will definitely need to add talented linemen after 2026. skhoosier2 1 Quote

I really liked Jones film. I've not watched any of the other two, yet-- Johnson and McD do play a better schedule. Jones's isn't exactly poor, though. BtownStrength 1 Quote

Im not really familiar with what we have on O-line for our younger guys at this point. Appears we have alot leaving after this season so I would guess that is why we have so many we are looking at in 27? Quote
Lebowski Posted May 18 Author Posted May 18 Still needs to sign, long way to go. But, Hoosier stays in the Hoosier state! It's our second Hoosier and OT to commit. IUFB is starting to get the in-state recruits, unlike the past where they'd typically look elsewhere to places like Notre Dame. Quote
