On the upside that’s 9am for UCLA I love it for us but it’s absolute BS that they do that to west coast teams (and is BS when east goes to west coast and play night games that end at 1:30 am EST). He covers CFB better than anyone. Urban Meyer is a good contributor on FBNK. admittedly nervous to play UCLA I’m also in the Gus camp!!! He has a way of even making Kennesaw State vs Georgia State sound like a big time game. Hollywood Mike Miranda 1 Quote
DChoosier Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Has anyone heard any injury news? At the end of the game I read trainers were looking at Kamara and it also appeared Wyatt was banged up. Hope “all is well”. Quote

OliviaPope40 Posted October 19 Posted October 19 I'm just worried about there being a trap game. Quote

TTT Posted October 20 Posted October 20 I think Daley will do well. Who backs up Daley?….Landino…..Ndukwe Quote

Who backs up Daley?….Landino…..Ndukwe Daley has already been playing as many snaps as Wyatt and Kamara. It's either Nduke picking up snaps and/or Landino moved to the edge more often and Wheeler, Radcliffe, and maybe Monette picking up additional snaps at D Tackle. Also; I may be remembering incorrectly, but wasn't true freshman Kyler Garcia showing sone juice during the summer? ALASKA HOOSIER and MemphisHoosier 2 Quote

A true freshman that is coming in as the 1,300+ composite ranked recruit? That would be a hell of a revelation. Tell me more. On 4/23/2025 at 10:11 AM, CSP said: Composite rating? I don't look at those. There is simply zero chance you can put together a decent rankings list of HS football players. They do stupid **** like rank QBs, RBs, and WRs high. The kid is 6'4 290lbs now and was on campus to start spring semester, along with Calhoun (who needs weight).... plus Hall arrives in June. Then we have two DTs transfer AFTER spring ball... reading the tea leaves, but I doubt it's a coincidence. I really hope it works out for him. I like his passion a lot. Hey @CSP and @Lebowski... Is Kyler Garcia still in the mix as a ready to launch D-lineman? MemphisHoosier 1 Quote

CSP Posted October 20 Posted October 20 Nevermind-- I saw the verbiage that Cignetti used. Doesn't totally rule it out, but FFFFFFFF UUUUUU ************************** Wyatt is a stud. Pretty sure he has another year of eligibility, but dammit dammit. Obviously Daley has gotta be able to go way more now, Landino might play some more outside. Fisher in that spot some, maybe Jones as well. (passing downs)... Ratliff more on the inside some. Quote

Pagoda Posted October 20 Posted October 20 In Cig's presser today, he said his new contract came together in less than 48 hours. Scott walked in his office Tuesday and said we want to do this with your contract, can we talk with your rep? Cig basically said sounds good. That was it. It's pretty clear the alignment and groundwork needed was already in place such that both sides were comfortable -- no big list of demands or a drawn out negotiation. Excellent work from Scott and IU in my opinion. Banksyrules, MemphisHoosier, hoosierbgh and 1 other 4 Quote

CSP Posted October 20 Posted October 20 Are either DePaepe ever going to make an impact? They're 6'5 260, 6'6 260 a piece.... Obviously Daley, obviously Ndukwe are going to play more. That was evident on Saturday. Quote
