Yea, but it COULD work IF he was willing to be a minor bench player for a year. Numbers go down next year. Would depend on how bad he wanted to be recruited and play for Indiana.

i see a lot of mentions on bailey at the 5. 

i would expect us to deploy him similarly to how auburn played broome with obviously more versatility to pop out to the wings/outside like a true stretch 4. 

waiting on not 1 but 2 fine young men to bang down low

Broome shot double the amount of 3s that Bailey did in their most recent season, but Bailey just started developing his shot. I think Broome is a really good comp for Bailey, though.

Initially I’d have agreed with you but when you look at how West Virginia played when Tucker was healthy they played 3 guards, Tucker, and Hansberry in the middle. Given that it wouldn’t surprise me if Bailey is our starting 5.

Hansberry as a reference is listed at 6’8” 240lbs.
