Certainly wouldn't be a starter at IU.  From Jeffersonville.  13.4 ppg, shot 44/36.  Just a freshman so he would have three years but I certainly wouldn't call him a player that moves the needle.

I like Cooper better than Drake and with the number of players IU is going to need to fill spots, not all of them will be starters.  Could help with player continuity given that he still has three years but he's not a starter at IU.

He's getting better in a HURRY, though... where he was two years ago to now... big time improvement. 

I'm not sure why CERTAINLY wouldn't be a starter, though.
