So how unusual is it for information like this to leak out through media with small differences in their story. To have the school not say a word about what is going on almost 24 hours later?

Also, everyone claiming that to fire him now would be "terrible" for the university....explain how???? The guy has been a flop. This happens in every facet of life...you fail at your job, you get fired. Who in Indiana is going to clutch their pearls because IU fired a failing coach???Is the thinking that other coaches will not want to come because they might get fired for sucking??? This must be coming from the "feelings" crowd.....

Already Noon and no official word from the University.  What a freaking clown show.  Clearly a lot of BS is happening behind the scenes.  Scott needs to go to Whitten and end this chit.  Since he won't go peacefully, fire his sorry a$$ for insubordination (among other things) and escort him out of the building.  There's a game in 24 hours.  

If he wants to go East Lansing and lose by 30 I guess let him. He will just make a fool out of himself at this point.

He is likely gone i agree. However with no official word it isn't guaranteed. The media get alot of stuff wrong. We have only been told he is contemplating retirement at the end of the year and he likely won't return. If no announcement is made and we start winning a few of these game they could easily say the story's were false and we are riding with woody for a 5th year!

No one I know personally would think it’s terrible if they straight up fired him.
