Fire Coach Woodson Thread

Just watched the replay. I am embarrassed by the product on the floor.

Not ready to fire anyone over one game, but the performance has to improve.

Thank you for not deflecting and making an honest statement. And more importantly for showing up. More than we can say for AH.

Dusty is killing Xavier right now.

Hopefully this offseason everyone stops overthinking this BS and they make the obvious call to try and bring him home.

Sadly guys, woody will be the coach till seasons end.

We aren’t firing/removing him.

He isn’t resigning or stepping down.

Buckle up. Gonna be a long winter.

The real question about tomorrow's game is this. Which team/coaching staff do you trust more to come out pi**ed off and looking to rebound in a big way after having lost the day before?

If your answer is anything but Gonzaga, you may be suffering symptoms of a stroke and need immediate medical assistance

Woodson might be ticked off if he ran out of wine and/or cigars and/or he didn't get to the golf course on time.

Clearly getting clobbered outside of AH doesn't do it.

Having our PG blown up by Chucky's defense...is what one gets when not playing good teams early in the pre-conference season.  They all think that they can mail it in and win.

The Coach does not know what he is doing.

They are unprepared to play any team ranked above 75.   Or any team that plays defense...

Any team ranked below 75, the Indiana team won't put in the effort for the majority of the game.

While I agree CM isn’t any good.  His retention falls squarely on Woodson

Yea I’ve been in the camp that CM is hurting us more than he’s helping for a while. Adding muscle to shooters is not a good thing and we seem to celebrate him getting people shredded. And our conditioning has clearly been poor for several years. I also don’t think Woody is hard on anyone in practice, lazy practice=lazy games.

Hope they keep a camera on the bench.

Loved Weekend at Bernie's and this could be a sequel.

Just hoping Woodson has the boys ready to go! Already taking heat from the family and can't imagine the heat from them getting run out at family Thanksgiving! I hate being a iu fan sometimes! Praying football can beat purdues @$$ bad Saturday night!

IMO, Stevens NO. It's been too long, and doubt that he's interested.

There was talk last year of Pearl's interest... or he was playing/stroking us... doubt there's any "there" there at this point

And there may be an announcement that Woodson is "retiring" at the end of the season, but I truly (and sadly) doubt that any meaningful thing will happen until IU misses the tournament next March..

A coach just doesn't walk away from coaching like Stevens did. His kids will now be in college, it's time for him to come home and do the right thing!

They'll have to take it up with his boss first.
