Class of '66 Old Fart Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 Which question is harder to answer? 1. Why did the chicken cross the road? 2. Which IU team will show up tomorrow night? Minnesota (12-3) (3-1) has beaten Nebraska, Michigan & Maryland. Their only conference loss is to O$U. Lisa Byington and Stephen Bardo will call Minnesota at IU for FS1 on Friday at 6:30 p.m. ET. IU_FanClub Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 Gonna be in town for a reunion with friends for my fiance's birthday. Question is do I go to the game or watch at Nick's? Seatgeek is showing $28 a ticket after fees right now but not sure if the team is worth that money lol. Anyone got free courtside seats??? Quote

It's ALWAYS worth it to be inside Assembly Hall. I'd pay $28.00 to watch a badminton tournament there just to be in the building for two hours. Dave from Dayton Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 So when a player gets ejected...I think that that player is also out for the following game. Is that right? Quote
Kentuckysucks Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 Is this the same Angel Garcia guy that Archie recruited? He's gotta be as old as XJ. Quote

Dawson Garcia who did have an IU offer back in April 2019. Native of MN; originally committed to Marquette if I recall correctly. Kentuckysucks 1 Quote

Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 I know it's "Minnesota" but they are much better than they were last year and we really struggled to beat them last year. At some point these dudes have got to bring a full 40 minutes and step on a teams throat. We did against Maryland for the most part. Woody's sub patterns will be closely watched. Both against Auburn and Rutgers and he lost the game through stupid sub decisions. Let's see if he's learned anything because this isn't a game we can drop. Quote
IU - Kaulie Posted January 12, 2024 Posted January 12, 2024 Let’s roll out this lineup. TG Gunn Mgbako Malik Ware No X. TG is at his best probing the defense not standing along the perimeter jacking jumpers. He can get by most defenders and can probe the half circle in the lane and go to his float game or find Malik and Ware. Gunn is simple. Sink or swim. Give him an extended run with the other starters. It will never happen because CMW will never move on from X if he is available. Stuhoo and Ryno6284 2 Quote

Yea Garcia is the kid who was having his picture taken by some moronic fan to put on Twitter because he thought he was "paparazzi." When really hes just a creep, creeping on HS kids. I've been blocked since for calling it out lol. Quote

But more confident as we’re coming off an embarrassing loss, same way we responded earlier to that other embarrassing road loss, and now we have the students back Quote
