Welp, my afternoon suddenly got booked up.

Death, taxes, (the) USPS delivering.

Brace yourself. It's not pretty. You will see this team has a long ways to go. Frankly, we look like a bottom tier team with lots of improvements needed.

Depends on the lineup on the court imo. If X Gallo Cupps gets run like Coach talked about last night, that moves Mgbako to the 4 and either Ware/Reneau at 5. In that lineup we will see much more 3's than with any other lineup we have. I wouldn't be surprised for IU to average 12-15 3's per game in B1G

I would like to see 15-20

Watched it and am not as concerned as some. It's going to take a while to integrate this many new pieces. We have talent. Some of it is really young and will go through some growing pains. CMW knows how to bring along young players. I believe we won't be a team that anyone wants to see in their bracket in March.

Defense was okay which at this point is what you want.  Offense will come.

I agree. People really jumping off the ship because of the *first half* of the *first exhibition* game with an entirely new roster from the prior year. The 2012-13 B1G champs team that returned Zeller & Oladipo was down by 9 in the first half to Indiana Wesleyan and the 2015-16 B1G champs team with Yogi, Bryant, Blackmon, & OG only won their second exhibition by 11, being out scored in the 2nd half.

The defense was better than I expected it to be. There were some rotation issues but for a first game it was good. I thought the guard pressure was very good. If Cupps can continue to grow on the defensive end we'll be in good shape in the backcourt. The defense may need to keep us in some games until the offense catches up. Overall, I'm optimistic.
