I think our team will play better when our ranking is gone and we don’t have a bounty on our head. I think it’s better for this roster’s psyche that we’re underdogs, rather than being overrated and getting pounded game after game.

Once we’re counted out and go on a losing spell, we’ll start fully trying again. Hopefully we don’t wait all of February like last year lol

NU doesn’t have any top 100 players out of HS. 
 

Either player rankings mean absolutely nothing across the board or…it’s a coaching problem. 
 

Two of the top ranked players in NU of recent years both transferred: Kopp and Nance.

Out of high school don’t mean crap.  Just look on the floor. Other Teams have better, more complete basketball players.

There's another way to look at High School players rankings.  Talent and skill are rated highly.

What IU lacks is basketball IQ and effort.
