Here is most of the staff talking in front of the crowd at Huber’s.  Moderated by Don.

I heard 13 scholarships and 2 walk-ons... on the roster.  Is this counting Leal and Goode before they hatch?  because he discussed the waiver thing before.  Anyway, they must be very confident to be talking about it the way they are.

I'm looking forward to it.  I'm guessing we'll get the usual positive tidbits and hopefully this year those are true.

Key question: Will we get strength and conditioning hype videos?  The classic sand pit and battle ropes?  This is a quiet staff, so I'm not sure it's a given...

If we do get the strength and conditioning hype videos will we also get the photos? If so, then the question becomes did Clif Marshall take those himself or did we have a photographer who knows the way to manipulate angles, lighting, stance, etc to make them look more impressive? If it's the latter, did we keep them? So many questions which will be answered soon(ish).

Anxiously awaiting clips of the new guys on campus with Coach Devries. Excited to get this new era started and see how everyone looks together.

Edit: IU basketball Facebook page posted highlight clip of first practice today.

I won’t listen to it because Coyle likes to hear himself talk way too much for me, but Shaw and DeCourcy are really good guests and Shaw might have some recruiting stuff worth hearing.

Fwiw

Since the Fire Woodson thread, or whatever it’s called now is locked, didn’t know where else to put this…

With all the vitriol about Buckner in that thread, surprised that this forum hasn’t commented on the fact that he was re-upped by our current Governor for another term on the BOT.

that sucks -- but, with Woodson gone and DeVries bringing in his own staff, DeVries is running his bball team, Buckner's past support of Woodson is now largely irrelevant.
