I believe 1 Christian Anderson is going to Michigan

Yup, at least for the moment. Ridiculous deep range, but that kid is tiny, or at least he was last winter. If he and Dug McDaniel play together they will look like the greatest backcourt in Middle School history.

Hopefully he brings a legit outside threat. I have some reservations considering Woodon has said the 3 isn't a point of emphasis.

It would be absolute coaching malpractice not to get that kid every look you can get him. Great footwork. Great shot prep. Quick release. Perfect mechanics. NBA range. He better get 5-7 attempts a game, anyway.

I don't disagree, just saying I have some reservations.

MVA with a 110-57 beatdown  over the Cannon School in the City of Palms Classic.  Liam 10p;  6r;  7a;  2s;  1b in 18 min.     4-6 FG; 2-4 on 3s.

Cannon School features Austin Swartz who had a very pedestrian game of 12p on 4-14 FG and 4-11 on 3s in 25 min.

Travis Branham on last night's game --

Montverde just put together one of the most dominant halves of basketball I’ve seen. 63 points shooting 25-36 from the field (9-14 from three) and only gave up 1 defensive rebound with 19 assists against The Cannon School.

69-62 over Paul VI to move to champ. Game of City of Palms Classic.  Coach Boyle only used 6 players.  Liam 16p.  3r.  1a.  Os.  Ob.  Ot.     6-12.   4-8.   0-0

Had 3 3's in the 4th to help seal the game for Montverde. They don't find themselves in many tight games so it was great to see Liam as the guy stepping up when the game was on the line.

Nice reaction, particularly for a break game.

Unrelated, but it's great to see Race at another game.  I believe he was at the Morehead St., Auburn and maybe Harvard games as well.  I know he's been working through an injury, but I wonder if we could see him as a GA in the not-so-distant future.

I saw one of our writers say he’s rehabbing and training in Bloomington this winter. Imagine he’ll be around all season.
