A few of the guys IMO, showed some flashes of being able to shoot a basketball but in extremely limited doses.....

Lander shot 33% from 3 but only 0.9 attempts. 

Leal shot 31.8% on 1.3. 

Geronimo shot 31% on 0.9 attempts.

Bates shots 29.8% on 1.6 attempts. 

Bates and Geronimo I'm interested in seeing that season. 

Lander though is the most intriguing for some reason. There is no doubt he needs to get more sturdy physically. That'll really help him on defense and offense(to deal with the ridiculous amount of hand checks and physicality the B1G allows). But there is no doubt this kid has some great vision and ability to push the ball and tempo. I really wish someone would work with him on his form, mainly his feet. Potential wise, he and Bates have the most out of everyone on the roster and Geronimo isn't far behind. Hopefully a full summer with Woody can really push these guys to the next level. I wouldn't mind having Lander as our backup PG or maybe even starter if X and Phin move on.

Not to turn this into a 'zapruder' moment from X, but it is interesting that the highlight package is solely from the B1G tourney, e.g. 'was he preparing for this post?'  I am guessing it is more of a usage rights issue than anything else.

Damn straight it's a good sign.

He's a high-level defensive point guard with maybe the best first step in the conference, and he loves IU.

Having two guys who are killers in the pick and roll (that is absolutely Jalen Hood-Schifino's strength) is a very, very good thing.

To me it's the same as the half full/half empty concept. Maybe X and Woodson realized after their talk this week their expectations don't align next season with JHS coming in. Or maybe it's the opposite and it's a gear up for the offseason instead of the end of an era.

I'm guessing whoever made this was just credentialed for the B1G tourney, like you said. This wasn't made by IU like a lot of them are.

Indiana guard Khristian Lander has entered the transfer portal, sources told ESPN. Former five-star recruit didn't carve out a consistent role in two seasons with the Hoosiers.
