Saturday's game against Illinois at noon will be televised on ESPN.

First one this year I believe.

11-9 to 13-7 is where this team is trending to finish Big 10 play.  I think all of us would take that if asked at the beginning of the year.

11-9 would be 4-5 for the rest of the B1G season.

So we'd have to do crappy from here on out for us to still have a successful season.

Yeah -- I'd say that's a good place to be in.

It’s definitely an improvement, lol!

IU could technically schedule a game for that Saturday now if they were looking to do so.   If it was me I would definitely look into it

Probably not going to find a team for the Q1 or Q2 range which could help the non con SOS.  Saturday’s are usually a loaded day for leagues to schedule.    If they were just wanting a win to pad the win total they might be able to find a low major team

We'll have almost a week between games again. Hopefully, we're not rusty again. We should schedule something on the road to try to get to that 4 win mark. Three of our remaining road games (MSU, O$U, and purdoodoo) aren't real winning friendly games while Minny could be fighting to stay in the group of 20+ teams wanting to stay in connection to be considered a bubble team, maybe.

Schools I could find without a game scheduled for Feb 18th, 19th, or 20th with (NET Rank)

Montana (238), NC State (132), N Arizona (317), Portland St (294), Tulane (110), UC San Diego (278)

I'm really curious if Tulane would be up for it.

You usually would like a road win against the team in the field as well.  Also IU will have the B1G tournament to get that 4th win.   Looking closer at the schedule going to be tougher to schedule a game

Nope Women have a huge game against Iowa that Saturday so unless they want to travel Assembly Hall is taken. Would have to be Friday and doubt they do that.

Again Assembly Hall is taken by the Women on Saturday for a huge game against Iowa. If you are an IU basketball fan, pay attention to them also as that game could very well decide if IU wins a Big Ten Championship.

I don't want to hear again that the men need to schedule a replacement game on Saturday, when the Women already have their biggest home game of the year that day already.

For the last time they CAN'T. Women are playing Iowa at 4pm already that day in a huge game. It cannot happen. Maybe pay attention to a team that is a big ten and national championship contender and you would know that.

Women’s game is at 4:00. Could schedule a men’s game for 8:00pm, or even better 1:00 which would allow for a ton of fans to stay for the women’s game.
