Two things: 

1) The halftime adjustment is pretty obvious. Keep the “little kid from Role Models” (I can’t be the only one who sees it)  from going to her left and make the rest of AZ beat you. 
 

2) This is a classic case of a team coming in with a reputation as a “scrappy, lockdown defense” getting away with a lot of fouls. Just because your hands are active on the ball, doesn’t mean they’re not committing fouls. 
 

I think the Hoosiers will be alright. Couple halftime adjustments. Make your free throws. Keep the game in the half court. We’re the better team as a whole.
