Better than posting pictures you took in private though, right? 

I'm not familiar with this kid, so will have to take everyone's word that he is better than his pedestrian stats indicate. 28% 3pt shooting makes me sad. Very sad.

He's a decent enough player -- I'm just not sure the exact fit.  Statistically, he looks like a 6'3" Miller Kopp.  Before he played at IU, Kopp was a 40/36/85 shooter who had averaged 5, 13, and 11 points per game his first three years.....McNeil has shot 40/37/86 his first three years and averaged 5.5, 12.2, and 12.2 points per game.  That said, he's been a two year starter at West Virginia and that's a heck of a list for his final six.  Just not sure what I'm missing I guess.  I would think if Tamar makes the jump we think he can, that McNeil wouldn't be anything more than a bench shooter.
