LIHoosier Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Armaan in the Armaan Franklin Fieldhouse. So nice of Juwan Morgan to transfer the title sponsorship. IUc2016, HoosierAloha, JaybobHoosier and 2 others 5 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Armaan because he's the only one who came to play in the first half. If it weren't for his first half, we might have been in a hole too deep to get out of. LIHoosier, Josh, HoosierAloha and 1 other 4 Quote

rcbowla Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Tough one but I'm going to give the nod to Franklin. TJD was very close for me. Al did play better today but still had 2-3 face palm moments for meSent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

cappymo14 Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Franklin with b2b career highs and played tough on defense. The turnover numbers diminish his claim slightly but, a couple of those were offensive fouls that were suspect at best. Good outweighs the bad. Franklin should get the trophy this time with TJD a very close, coin-flip 2nd. 5 blocks added to a very respectable stat line.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners JaybobHoosier 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 TJD. Fitting for either him or Franklin. Both strong. TJD by a hair for me, because of blocks and when we needed a bucket he said give me the damn ball, then scored or got fouled virtually every time. HoosierAloha Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Al missed three straight FTs to end the game. Had some other really poor moments for a senior, got yanked for a few of them. TJD is the engine that makes this team go. He stepped up in the second half but was getting owned in the paint late in the first half. Armaan has quickly become the player I thought we'd see as the season unfolded but not this quick. Give me Armaan for MVP. Back to back games where he went 5-7 from deep. We need a guard to ball out to create some more space. He's been doing that. Also, pretty sure Butler just flopped again. LIHoosier, cthomas and ALASKA HOOSIER 3 Quote
Alford Bailey Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Armaan just because you could basically give it to TJD every game. Stuhoo 1 Quote

hoosierdogg Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Good game for all three. Al's stat line impressive when you consider only one turnovers. TJD stats are kind of what we expect from him. Armaan with a career high and very timely long range shooting made a huge difference in the game, so I would go with Franklin. Quote
HoosierDYT Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Probably not the right thread for thread for this, but although Al only had one official turnover, I feel that some of his contested shots - which had no chance of going in / got blocked - should unofficially count as turnovers. On the flip side, I love Al’s newfound floater. He can do it with both hands, and if he can continue to do it consistently, it will hopefully open our offense even more. Al D for me Al’s out of control takes to the basket leading in nothing good don’t count as turnovers on the stat sheet but make no mistake, they are turnovers. I appreciate his rebounds but I’d rather he distribute and defend...Franklin gets MVP today Quote
