Solid half. Nothing crazy good or crazy bad. Would love to see a lineup where we run TJD at the 5. But with Hunter and Al out not sure we have a decent combo of players to do that.

What’s up with Hunter?

No Hunter that half.  No Al for the rest of the game.

Second half....Deron isn't a playable guy and without Al, that puts the rotation at 9.  If Hunter doesn't play (I don't have a problem with that if he doesn't, I think he needs to find his shot first before playing much in these type of games), the rotation is 8.

IU should be up double digits against these jokers. Missed free throws and missed block outs have kept this game close. If Arkansas can figure out a way to stop TJD, they can win it. Nobody else for IU is doing anything offensively.

Really not a bad half, this game should be more wide open but this team has missed a ton of close ones they would normally make.

As long as Arkansas doesn’t go off in the 2nd half with more banked or crazy shots, I love our chances. I wonder if Arkansas will pack the lane or zone? I don’t think they will zone, but I see them doing everything they can to take Trace out of the game. Need our guards to step up and hit some outside shots.

So recap of our two captains in this game so far...one gets ejected and the other acts like he is playing hot potato with the ball and it’s not safe until it reaches out of bounce as fast as possible...might want to reopen the voting polls on captains moving forward

I’m in the camp that thinks the best teams have/should have a rotation of no more than 8-9 guys.

Zone really doesn't seem to be in their arsenal.....don't think they really practice it.

Want to revisit the Al ejection/foul. I don’t like he did it there, but I like that he was going to give a player a shot to the chops when Arkansas has been crazy physical. He just did it where it was too obvious (even though there refs missed it, shocked lol). It was dumb because of doing it in the wide open, not in traffic.

Hope that makes sense. For the record, I don’t want someone to get hurt, but a quick shot that says screw you we will be just as physical. It stinks to not have Al, but he also hasn’t been that good for us recently.

Agree, although depending upon matchup that 8th or 9th guy could change from game to game.  There are matchups that favor same guys more than others.  Except for Deron.  Nothing favors him.

I’m here and I didn’t see what Durham did to get ejected. I get it was a flagrant 2 but I missed it.

Threw a blatant elbow into an Arkansas player’s face as we were bringing the ball up the court.

He was jogging backwards up the court and bumped into an Arkansas player, then delivered an elbow into the guy's face as he turned around. It looked like he just wasn't paying attention to where he was going.
