What is long is how long GRRM has taken to finish the 6th book. He has been working on it for 16 years, and he still isn't finished while he had written about 6 other books in the GOT universe. I believe he written himself into a corner and can't get out of it.  

I did watch the 4 part documentary Earnhardt on Prime over the weekend.  Man, I miss watching that guy race in the early 90s.  It has been 15 years since he died.

Pretty late to the party on this one, but courtesy of a pretty much all-time awful sports Saturday combined with pouring rain, but I’ve finally busted out Slow Horses and it’s terrific. Just finished season 1 and may need to run with this for a while.

Oh man the quality does not fall off that one. I’m one season behind current and it is phenomenal.

Stumbled on The Last Ship a couple weeks back. 5 seasons and a very good watch. Only complaint was when they yell “cover me” then they run before their help has a chance to start covering. Still good though

I just finished the second season of Landman.  Billy Bob has so many good one liners in that show.

I work in the oil and gas industry and can’t believe I have not watched much of this one yet. Some of the language made it hard when kids are around but had another one graduate this summer. That should help

Please understand I'm not laughing at you but I live next door to an elementary school teacher and she has stories of grade school kids who would make a sailor blush.

I don't like Aegon in this series, but I did have to laugh when I heard the glee in his voice when he went all "mad" Targaryen.

Has anyone else watched Widow's Bay on Apple TV? A co-worker recommended it and just finished watching (10 episodes) and really enjoyed it. It's described as a "comedy-horror" and it is very funny, imo. Main character is Matthew Rhys, who was on that FX show "The Americans" about 10yrs ago.

Haven't read through but if not mentioned, Slow Horses - on Apple TV - is fantastic. Season 6 premiers mid-September. M16 misfit operatives who are castoffs and have to work with a completely hysterical boss, Gary Oldman, who couldn't be a better actor. 

Also recently enjoyed The Diplomat on NetFlix, season 3 finished, season 4 in production I believe. Political drama with lots of twists and great acting.

Sugar on Apple is super good. Star City is more than watchable. Definitely has it moments. Ted Lasso is solid as always.

Love many of the Apple TV shows - Slow Horses, Tehran, Pluribus, Severance, Silo, For All Mankind (it seemed to lose its way over the last 2 season), Star City, Stick, Ted Lasso, The Studio, Your Friends and Neighbors, Shrinking ... 

We just started watching S2 of Lioness (Paramount+).
