HoosierRobbie Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Was thinking of registering and taking my son for the son/father 2 day camp. Was seeeing if anybody has any experience with it and if it’s worth spending the 300 bucks on? Quote

I have not been to this one but my son went to the 1-day shooting clinic last year and got a lot out of it. Several one person shooting drills that he still uses all the time. I'd say it could surpass $300 in Non-basketball related value. mdn82, chicagoHOOSIER, Red1 and 2 others 4 1 Quote
reconmkd Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 If they have the father/son camp next year, I am going to take my son, he turns 6 on the 20th, but I believe he needs to grow just a little more. I already have him working on his form with a mini ball and 8 ft goal. So far so good for the little lefty. HooHooHoo22, Class of '66 Old Fart, HoosierHoops1 and 2 others 5 Quote

Uspshoosier Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 The junior camp for 4-7 year olds is good for kids just starting out. My son had a blast last year. He was 5. This year he is going again and of course my daughter who is now 4 wants to go with him. It’s great for the IU fan parents as well. I got to watch my son play on Assembly hall court and then afterwards walk around on the court and they have an autograph line for the kids. Junior camp is only 3 hrs long Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners reconmkd, IUsafety, ALASKA HOOSIER and 1 other 4 Quote

Popular Post Uspshoosier Posted June 29, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 29, 2018 Another fun junior Archie Miller camp in the books. Sorry boys no Carton sightings this morning. I was impressed even with the big weekend in front of CAM that he was there at the beginning to speak to the young campers. He also came back later to be in the autograph line. Special thanks to Morgan, Smith, Q. Taylor and J Jager for helping out from the beginning to end. Most of the others came in later for the autograph line. I wished CAM and coach Ostrom good luck on the official they had going on this weekend and they both smiled and said thanks. Of course we finished the day at Mother Bears.
