Back to back titles are very rare. Romeo is a one and done. What Kansas does on the floor in the tournament this season isn’t going to be a factor. Iugradman 1 Quote

Won't be the same players and absolutely no guarantee on how next season plays out. As they like to say in the stockbroker ads fine print - Past performance is not indicative of future results. I also don't believe that his delay in announcing has anything to do with the 2018 NCAA tournament other than following his ESPN brackets. And this has drug on for so long, I'm pretty much at the point of que sera, sera and let's just get it over with. CR3AMnCR1MS0N, Iugradman and hoosierfandad66 3 Quote

Brian scalabrine had a tournament a few years back when everybody was giving him hell for only averaging 1-2 minutes per game and he played one on one against a lot of D1 college players. Not straight to the NBA players but solid D1 players. He absolutely smoked all of them. Sent from my LG-H872 using BtownBanners mobile app He said the college game is garbage and 90% of D1 players aren't even good. I just think the college game is different, and often better than the NBA game in ways. And I also think just about everybody who played D1 ball is pretty good. thebigweave 1 Quote
Whojainjawja Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 I do not follow Kansas hoops. How much of their roster is gone next year? Quote

But it’s like when Butler went on that Final Four run and Cody was still being recruited. AKHoosier Posted March 26, 2018 Posted March 26, 2018 I can't believe how long it's been since we've been to a Final 4. Hell, even the Elite 8. The painful reality that sets in every year while watching the tournament. Stromboli, CR3AMnCR1MS0N and Class of '66 Old Fart 3 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 26, 2018 Posted March 26, 2018 Can you imagine what he'll look like after he pulls one of his stunts in the NBA against Boogie or Dwight or any number of other NBA players? Maybe Doc Fleek should send him a business card and offer his services for new bridge work. lol IUsafety 1 Quote

Nothing happen. In my opinion winning it all will have nothing to do with with where Romeo ends up. Roy Williams won a National Title and the very next day did an in home visit with Romeo. If he was influenced by teams winning it all then North Carolina would still be on the list. Kansas was always the best option for him if he was worried about winning it all Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
