While I was never over the moon with that hire, let's face it Crean's players were used to taking a stupid shot in the first 5 seconds of the clock and sleeping on the other end.  And absolutely nothing else aside from throwing it away 20 times a game.

When you can skate by doing that little it'd be a big adjustment to have do actually do anything else.
