FWIW I was there and never knew anything of epilepsy or the faked seizure at the time. Agree with everyone, deplorable behavior. Hoosierfan2017 and mamasa 2 Quote
BGVille Hoosierfan Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 Not to be argumentative, but “very special player” and staying more than one year are usually mutually exclusive. Excited we have him, but I will only expect and hope for one year - want him to get the league! Anything after that is a pleasant surprise for the fans! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile appWasn't Cody a special player and he stayed 2 years? TJD has gotten exponentially better each year and his ceiling is super high, but the only thing that's holding him back from being a one and done is his strength. This offseason he has gotten much stronger but I think 2 years in great program will do wonders for him. I would be very surprised if he was one and done and it's not because the talent isn't there but someone of his size is gonna have to bang with the big boys in the NBA. I mean special as in he will come in and be a huge difference maker and could be our best player...we could have 1a, 1b, 1c "best players" next year if Romeo stays which is what I've been told is how Keion and TJD were recruited to IU.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app jk34 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 just for fun Al Durham/Rob Phinesee/Green Romeo Brooks TJD DeRon Davis Or more realistically Durham/Phinisee/Green Brooks Hunter (hopefully) healthy and back to full potential TJD DD Quote

Guards aren't really our strength. Quote

RatpigHoosier Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 I think I would take Romeo in his 2nd year over any targets that may be out there in the class of 2019 right now. Fingers crossed....Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners thebigweave and Hoosier Guy 2 Quote

Stewart dropped IU a couple weeks ago. It’s been a long while since Watford was an option. Always was going to be a battle to get him out of the south. I know some said he was visiting next Saturday but the rivals update I saw said he had no plans for anymore visits this year. Hurt just went on his first official and he has other officials set for Kansas, duke and North Carolina. He said Memphis and Nova were the two up for the last official and Minny gets an unofficial Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app WayneFleekHoosier and Stuhoo 2 Quote

His athleticism will make him a viable option with that group as opposed to Davis.Al, Smith, Green, Race, Forrester/Hunter, Franklin off the bench. I really expect Moore to transfer after this year. I think he's wasting his time here and could go play major minutes at a mid major.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app MemphisHoosier 1 Quote

Red1 Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 I know a lot of people are not really high on McRoberts, but that diving play in the first half against Northwestern for example. Who in your opinions becomes the guy next year that makes those kinds of high energy plays and scraps like he willing to do? BGVille Hoosierfan, A.j. Nigh, Str8Hoosiers and 2 others 5 Quote
