So...from what i have read so far on here is that most are ok with his defense, but no so impressed with his offense and recruiting.  This means that we will from losing games in the 70s-80s to losing games in the 50s-60s with the same recruits that Crean could pull.  Great...can't wait for that.

Other than the fact that he had a lot of success when he was at Arizona recruiting, but that doesn't count right? He is lauded as a good recruiter by a bunch of analysts.

I love the online community and I love fellow IU fans, but half of what I'm reading on these boards is why I haven't been as active here the last two years. I swear I don't know who took a wizz in your cheerios, but some of the people here need to rethink their outlook. It's one thing to have a conversation about what you think we could do better and another to just be miserable. Stop killing our boards with your negativity it makes it so much more difficult to have conversations on here when half of you sound like eeyore.

To be honest, I know a little about Archie Miller so if you don't mind a couple questions:

Are we gonna see that stupid weave and kick offense or something along those lines?

Can he teach a F$&%€£# entry pass!?

Can he coach against a zone?

Defense wise, man or zone?

Fast pace or slow down?

No weave he plays more of a motion offense. He will usually start the game out fast paced and settle into the half court. He is big on passing the ball so yes he can teach an entry pass. He is a defensive minded coach and I believe its Man to man can't remember off the top of my head but he is a defense first.
