Thunder have enough going on with KD playing against them again. Only good thing is KD aint playing so it may quiet things down. I dont see anyway Billy D wants this announced tonight to make a circus over the franchise the whole day. Billy is a true professional and has probably been spending a lot of time prepping for this game. Tomorrow I could possibly see but not tonight.

FWIW, I just received a text from a friend whose father-in-law is on the board of trustees.  Claims Donovan (w/ Calbert as an assistant) is done and that an announcement may come as soon as tonight.  Again, this is not confirmed, but the father-in-law's status is legit/confirmed (as he flies to all home games from Carmel), so I pay it some credence as it's consistent with what we all have been hearing....

Also - is flying to Bloomington from Carmel prudent? I mean, it can't save much time right? Costs a heck of a lot more. What I'm trying to say is planes are not ideal travel accommodations for what would otherwise be an hour long drive.

In this situation a helicopter is probably the mode of transportation.

I'm an old and I remember when Knight was fired and some on Peegs were reporting that Alford was talking to Greenspan on his cell phone in the parking lot right before his coaches show started. 

 

These rumors are fun to listen to but they are just rumors. Gotta take them with a grade of salt. 

 

I have faith that Glass will get the best guy available because he knows his job is on the line. 

 

I want Donovan but I still think it's Alford's if he wants it.

Carmel to Bloomington (depending on traffic) is at minimum 1hr 30 min.
