bigrod Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Not meant as a jab, just looking for answers. Why is everyone so hard on Marshalls ability to recruit and not Archie? Marshall has brought in some pretty solid talent and they always seem to get better the following years. Why wouldn't he be able to recruit at a bigger and better program with more money and tools?Not saying he wouldn't, just that it's an unknown. Just don't know how much he would appeal to recruits on a larger stage. I think he's an excellent coach, but I also think a guy like Holtmann might be very successful for a long run too.
