Interesting to hear him talk about the buy-out. It really wasn't much of a factor on $100 million dollar basketball budget....

The $100 mil. is the total athletic budget. If we had $100 mil just for basketball, Popovich would be our HC with Stevens and Spoelstra as assistants.

Another thing from that presser...

Glass absolutely KILLED it. I usually hate press conferences because it's all scripted BS, but that was real. Great second step of the process right there.

Glass won back my support with that press conference. I enjoyed hearing him say that money won't be an issue in getting who they want. I also like that he plans to reach out to High school and AAU coaches in Indiana and the Midwest. That's the only way we will be consistent is to continually be in the running for top talent in the area. Don't have to lock down the state but we need to be pulling from the best talent every year in recruiting. 

Whoever we get I believe Glass will have done his homework and will get us the best coach available.
