Also if Crean returns be prepared for "We are such a young and inexperienced team this season. We haven't been healthy in months. We need to find a leader, we don't really have a clear cut leader. Players are having to play roles they aren't used to and that's a big challenge. We just need to watch some film".

Radio show definitely has me worried crean will return but still cant imagine them bringing him back. I think it is in creans best interest to move on while he still has a good reputation nationally. The longer he stays the more his shortcomings will be exposed imo
