He can consistently find underdeveloped/ under-recruited stars in the 150+ range while occasionally landing a 4*. He can build a team every 2-3 years that can make it to the sweet 16. He doesn't have to worry about being an XO savant. He will upset a high ranked seed at least once a year. And he could get away with scheduling 8+ cupcakes a year!
