IU v. Bellarmine: Exhibition Game #2

After watching 2 exhibitions...so take it for what that's worth.  In numerical order

Cujo...very freshman.  His defense doesn't seem great

JBJ...despite his struggles shooting today, he'll get his points.  Will get plenty of minutes

Josh...I like his defense.  Very quick

OG...really really good.  Really good.

Rojo...he'll be a major contributor

Green...has superstar moments, has freshman moments.  I like him

Morgan...really rounding out into a good player.  Has good skills for his size

McRoberts...Hartman lite minus an accurate 3 ball.  Great hustler.

Davis...raw on offense but great on defense.

McSwain...above the rim player.  Ball hawk

Bryant...always hustling.  Tons of energy.  Needs the ball more.

The biggest positive of the night?

For me, that is the best I have ever seen James Blackmon Jr play at IU without shooting the ball well.

And that's huge.

Newkirk will be fun this year. Kid has some bounce. Had a fast break dunk and chase down block off the glass. Love his athleticism.

I would start RoJo, JBJ, OG, Juwan, and TB.

I like what the underclassman bring, but I wouldn't rely on it quite yet.  Kansas would overwhelm them.

Hard to draw much given the opponent but great to just see all the new guys in action. This is definitely Creans most athletic team yet!

JBJ - good to see him trusting his knee.

Davis - really like this guy. Dude is large and hustles. Hope he becomes a gym rat

Newkirk - quicker than I thought. Pass first..

OG - just wow.. effortless looking
