Need to find the player on this team that wants to dictate the pace and control the offense.  Everyone seems to be a little too trigger happy.

We don't have a point guard and that scares the hell out of me.

He has also talked a lot about spacing, transition O, having numerous good shooters, being tough to defend etc., etc.
