mdn82 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 I don't think so. They were eliminated Saturday by not winning, but at the time Irsay said it, they still had a fighting chance to get in. Hell, still had a chance to win the division, however long the odds were.Gotcha. I thought they were eliminated the previous week by tiebreakers of division w/l. KingPG21 Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 So I've brought this up before, but why are we fighting for wins late in the year, these last two years. Luck is playing Sunday..... why? Seriously why? And the argument that its gonna create a losing culture doesn't make sense. At this point we're creating a culture that mediocrity is okay. This roster sucks outside of a few guys, the coaching staff sucks, and the front office sucks. We were never going to compete to win the Super Bowl, and at a certain point it was evident we'd struggle to even be talked about being a playoff team, even though we play in a horrible division. The ultimate goal is to win it all, changes need to happen, and we need better talent. The best place to get good young talent is the draft ThompsonHoosier 1 Quote

I'd be demanding to play too. There's pride on the line.Either way we suck thoFIRE HIM! This is embarrassing Quote

Whoozhers Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Great guy. Not so good Coach. However, Grigson is NO asset. Both need to go. Hope Colts have Peyton's phone number for either position. Quote

Can't really hate a guy who hates losing and hates not competing. I think I'm just really sick of our front office and coaching staff, big shock I know not like I've been extremely vocal about it Quote
Dalton26 Posted December 30, 2016 Author Posted December 30, 2016 Mathis announced Sunday will be his last game and he will retire.Definitely gonna miss watching him. Watching him and Freeney terrorize opposing QBs was one of my favorites things to watching growing up. hsrtxp 1 Quote

mdn82 Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Jay Glazer on Fox said Pagano is pretty safe for this year, but Grigson is most likely to leave if either. There is hope for you guys lol.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 The bigger question is how do they improve the roster????So many bad draft picks and trades. The Colts have dug themselves a massive hole. I don't see a championship caliber team any time soon regardless of the coach. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

TheWatShot Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Why are the Colts even trying to win this game? I know the regime is different, but it pisses me off to see them trying so hard to win a game like this when we once quit on a perfect season. Quote

ESPN says Pagano is on hot seat, but Grigson isn't. Glazer is usually pretty accurate.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
