HooHooHoo22 Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 I’m not mad we went for it on fourth down. I was mad that it seemed like a half @$$ play call. Kind of a half a** throw by luck also. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Iugradman and theriverpilot 2 Quote

ThompsonHoosier Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 The defense? I thought the defense played relatively well! It was the offense that had two fumbles that led to 14 easy points. Luck 460 yards, 4 TD's 0 INT's, but coaching, penalties, drops and defense lets him down. The Colts are back baby.Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Crimson and Cream 1 Quote

KingPG21 Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I guess bright side when is the last time we didn't have to be freaked out by how bad our linebackers are. Both Leonard and Walker seem like long term answers. Seems like Turay was a good pick too, keeps flashing potential every week, people hated that pick Quote

theriverpilot Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I’d like to see some numbers on this tbhThere are a few articles with percentage rates that suggest icing has no effect; however, I’d like to see the numbers of a kick that is missed on the first attempt during the ice timeout and then made after. To me, you’re basically giving a mulligan because every kicker will go ahead and kick the ball while the ref is calling timeout.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Josh 1 Quote

Josh Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 A little hard to believe, but we're a quarter of the way through the season already. The Colts are 1-3 and are actually trending downward after losing at home to the Texans. Tomorrow against the Patriots, we will be without TY Hilton, Marlon Mack (again) and Jack Doyle. Yikes. At this point we're probably worse than predictions on the year. Quote

Get another high pick on top of all that money and we could/should be back to playoff contention next year. Josh 1 Quote
biteoftheapple Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 I actually was thinking they were better than expected to this point. The defense is what has made the difference for me. But...there is a long ways to go. I thought 6 wins would be the upside. Quote

Second in the league in sacks I believe, which is just mind blowing. Never thought our pass rush would be fixed this quickly. And we've done most of this with little contributions from our safeties, which is who I thought would be the strong point of the defense. The offense though? Been very disappointing, especially considering that was Reich's specialty. I understand injuries and overall lack of depth/talent limits things to an extent, but I don't feel they have quite figured out how to let Luck be Luck. Quote
TheWatShot Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 I said 5-6 wins before the season and I stand by that. I don't think the people grumbling about Sunday's game and its effect on the division standings really grasp how bad this roster is. Quote
biteoftheapple Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Darius Leonard has been named NFL defensive rookie of the month. He is looking at greatness. KingPG21, Hoosier Roots and thebigweave 3 Quote

biteoftheapple Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Thd thing is we had a bad GM and a poor coach hire. As fans of course we dont like what happened...but we must move on. I do think we have a much better staff now and only time will give us the answer. We need running backs, wide recievers, and line upgrades... Quote
KingPG21 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Being tweeted that Darius Leonard is gonna play tonight. Is it obvious how much I love this dude? Guy is a monster. mamasa 1 Quote
