I'm just anticipating the great year, then New England realizes how bad he actually is, lets him walk for nothing and he ends up pretty much right where he currently is, but that one year means it was a horrible trade

I could see them running him into the slot with his speed and size. That is the type of player that ends up with 100 catches in NE system. If he can drop any ego and jump into that system with both feet he will do very well. But let's be real too. NE always manages to drop their backup QB for top price at the end of their first contract. I think the Colts did fine. They need a relevant backup.

Anyone here posts on Stampede Blue? They're crucifying Ballard for giving Dorsett away, because you know despite being all together horrible Dorsett might not be a complete liability on the field some day

Hey good news! We wasted plenty of reps at corner this preseason and during training camp learning that TJ Green can't really play corner after learning last season he can't play safety in the NFL. Dude isn't even in the conversation to get reps at corner right now. Maybe someone should mention to him he might want to work on getting his football IQ up, since right now it is equivalent to that of a high school freshman who is convinced they can get by with nothing but athleticism.

In actual good news Malik Hooker isn't on our injury report for the week

I think they may still be looking at him as a CB long term, but he's just listed as a S because they never officially changed it and don't have as much depth there. Either way I agree with you that he's got to get that football IQ up big time. Physically he showed us something in the preseason but he needs to learn to get his head around find the ball.

Not a fan of 'Zeke', but I like that His Holiness Goodell may be taken to task by the American judicial system. This means that Elliott can play after the Giants game this weekend until further action or decision.

Goodell has such an awesome job. The guy gets $30+ million a year to continuously screw things up.

On one hand, he's an arrogant @$$. Then I also realize he gets paid that insane amount to be a figure head for all the legacies, trust fund kids, and utter pieces of s*** like Daniel Snyder who own these teams. Goodell is just worse at being a good cop compared to Manfred or Silver. Bettman is and will always suck.

I just don't want him on the roster anymore. Instincts is something you just gotta have, and you can't train people or teach people instincts

With a bad roster it takes a few years to rebuild. Put a new coach in this year and as they rebuild the inevitable losses pile up on what might be a good coach. So you let Pagano stay this year. Add some more picks and replace next year. Next years coach will still struggle but should start to see a benefit in year 2 yrs. had we replaced coaches this offseason then those losses pile up for a coach that has no team to coach.
