TheWatShot Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 21/28, 250 yards, 2 TD's, no turnovers, no sacks. Awfully quiet in here tonight. pappy1865, Dalton26, HoosierAloha and 1 other 4 Quote

TheWatShot Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 According to Pagano, next week's game is huge. Have to finish strong at 8-8. This guy needs to be selling used cars somewhere. Josh 1 Quote

To be fair though, what do you expect him to say at this point. He probably still has some chance, even if that chance is very small, to be back next year. ThompsonHoosier 1 Quote

Pretty sure he said he said he was not planning on any changes but also did not rule it out. Read this earlier and tend to agree. At the end of the year if he can find a better candidate there is a good chance they make a change. http://www.1070thefan.com/blogs/brunos-blog/what-did-irsays-words-really-mean Quote

Very few top end coaches would jump at the mess of a roster. At best you could get Coughlin, but he is like 90. Or Rex Ryan. Other than that it is a coordinator taking over. I hope for your guy's sake you get another GM. Without that first you are tied to Grigson for another 3 years.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
biteoftheapple Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Agree, Grigson must be the first to go, then the new GM can have new hire input. mdn82 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 My "Brad Stevens" type pipe dream is Harbaugh. I think he would be what luck would need. Plus a GM to help get the right players. I don't think he's leaving UM anytime soon, though. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote

Irsay was going to fire him a year ago and Pagano himself talked him out of it. He's not exactly a man of conviction. I put zero stock into what he said two weeks ago because of what I just mentioned, and because I've never heard an owner/manager/president say they planned on making changes after the season when their team still had a chance to make the playoffs. 8bucks 1 Quote

His drafting has been horrid. Werner bust, Dorsett looks like a bust. I know he's a rookie but TJ Green is awful. D'Joun Smith never did anything here. Very few impact players in the middle-later rounds. Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app I don't think so. They were eliminated Saturday by not winning, but at the time Irsay said it, they still had a fighting chance to get in. Hell, still had a chance to win the division, however long the odds were. mdn82 1 Quote
