Brass Cannon Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Howard looks like he's playing against a college D again. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Bears offense vs Bears offensive penalties. Colts are just there to witness. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
Dalton26 Posted October 9, 2016 Author Posted October 9, 2016 That's what confuses me. He's had 4 weeks (and an entire offseason) to get into game shape. He should be ready to playSent from my SM-G920P using BtownBanners mobile appI agree that's just what I had read. Quote
HoosierAloha Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 It didn't hurt them and it small but why would you not run the clock down to a few seconds after that third down sack? Quote
mdn82 Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 So who has more turnovers today Luck vs Cutler?Go ColtsSent from my SM-G920P using BtownBanners mobile appLooks like a wash.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Go Colts Sent from my SM-G920P using BtownBanners mobile app Since Cutler didn't play and Luck doesn't have any turnovers I guess a push, though Luck was probably more impressive. How much does it hurt your anti-Luck agenda every time Luck plays great, like he did today. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Colts freaking D! 20 years of no D. Can they buckle down?Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Zero playmakers on the D side of the ball. Then Hilton and Luck on O. That's our team. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

mdn82 Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Well good game. Our pass rush has been horrendous this year so that game should give us confidence. Plus Jordan F'ing Howard! Cutler shouldn't see another snap as a Bear. Good game fellas.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app IUfan_Charlie, HoosierAloha, hsrtxp and 2 others 5 Quote

He did have one fumble, but he recovered it, so no turnovers. How about that...no turnovers equals a win? Nice. He played great? Not the word I'd use. I don't understand him sometimes. Today there was a 6 man rush on a blitz, and Luck went through all his progressions before stepping up in the pocket and getting his last sack. What? When they're blitzing, get rid of the ball! That's simple qbing. That sack was on him. He holds the ball way too long. In the 4th quarter, he was oblivious to the play clock as he took a delay of game on 3rd down. Come on man. But enough about that, it was a great win. Great game by TY too. Now we're only 1 game out of first place, heading to Houston to take the lead next week :) Quote
8bucks Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Luck played better when he had the freedom to run as things broke down. He has also lost a lot of offensive coordinators and QB coaches his first few years. If things stabilize and he judiciously adds the run escape he will be alright. Quote
TheWatShot Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Nice to see a turnover-free game from Luck. The defense is still trash. Still think this team goes 6-10 at best. Josh 1 Quote
OliviaPope40 Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 So with New England and Brady we all go back to business as usual like nothing happened. Quote
