I'm not sure why Luck was using one. I just read it was a high school ball and saw the Luck quite here: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/andrew-luck-says-he-had-a-little-mental-block-throwing-a-regulation-football/ I saw the Mental block thing, but I also saw that he stated in an interview that he threw the normal NFL ball one on one with Reich. Honestly it may just be a difference in the feel other the leather and him using that for comfort to get back in the normal routine of throwing short routes with the team. I truly dont know the answer tho. mdn82 1 Quote

Dalton26 Posted June 14, 2018 Author Posted June 14, 2018 I didnt realize until today that Coach Reich is also the QB coach. Reich will be a huge improvement/help for Luck over the previous regiment. Not to mention Coach Reich had the same surgery Luck did when he retired. mamasa and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote
KingPG21 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 Deon Cain apparently is looking good. So thats cool, I liked his pick quite a bit Our weakest unit, linebackers, took a hit with Walker getting hurt, again. He was getting as many first team reps as anyone...... akinnaird24 1 Quote

He's got good size, and hes only played WR for 4 years so I think he'll be good. I also saw that Turbin apparently looked really good in minicamp. The guy has always had loads of potential hes just never fully tapped into it. He's still only 28 and doesnt have a lot of carries on his body so we definitely will have options back there. I saw it was a concussion, hopefully its not one of those cases where he has lingering effects. Quote

Guy was one of the best short yardage backs in the league last year before getting hurt, but lots of people don't like him Dalton26 1 Quote

Dalton26 Posted August 6, 2018 Author Posted August 6, 2018 Some recent tape of Luck has been looking damn good. I've also read that apparently our rookie Quenton Nelson has a bit of a much needed mean streak. mamasa, KingPG21 and Hoosier Roots 3 Quote

KingPG21 Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 It is nuts that EJ Manuel was once a first round pick. Quote
TheWatShot Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 I think this preseason has been the least amount of time I've spent following the Colts. Don't get me wrong, it's great that Luck is recovering, but everything else is "The Colts are so banged up at such and such positions" or "The Colts are so thin at this spot and that spot, need more talent all across the board," etc. It's honestly depressing what Irsay, Grigson and Pagano have done to this franchise.
