South Carolina IMO.  Clemson is in 59% with a win, South Carolina 39%.  And personally I don't know how you could move South Carolina up far since they lost to the two teams -- Alabama and Ole Miss -- ranked immediately ahead of them.  I think South Carolina needed a dominant win to be considered.

Seems as if Michigan is OK with settling for 3. 

Why not try to punch it in? If O$U needs a TD -- their chore becomes inherently more difficult.

Remember that Clemson winning the ACC championship game would probably not matter to IU because that would mean Miami lost to Syracuse and fell behind IU.
