IUfan_Charlie Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 Yogi looked pretty good. Had a few TO's though. Got his pocket picked by Jennings, set an illegal screen. Was pretty good on defense. ALASKA HOOSIER, HoosierAloha, hsrtxp and 1 other 4 Quote

Trish Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 He has a lot to work on, but so do the nets in general. Their defensive rotations are quite bad. Hopefully Yogi can get some quality PT this year as the Nets figure out what to do next. Crimson and Cream 1 Quote
IU Hoosier41 Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 Just needs to limit the turnovers. Had his pocket picked once bringing the ball up the court Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

Popular Post Stuhoo Posted November 13, 2016 Popular Post Posted November 13, 2016 Yogi getting some first half run tonight: 1-1 shooting, 2 assists, no TOs and +5 in six minutes. AND, he was the first PG in off the bench; Lin and Whitehead have yet to enter. Four UK guards on Phoenix: Bledsoe, Knight, and Booker a combined 3-22 from the floor, Ulis has not entered for Phoenix (!) LockdownD, ccgeneral, Class of '66 Old Fart and 6 others 9 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted December 5, 2016 Author Posted December 5, 2016 I'm afraid Yogi's first year of pro ball is going to be like a yo-yo. He had been recalled to the Nets but today was sent back to D-League. Ferrell was assigned to the D-League's Long Island Nets on Monday. Ferrell has been available for the Nets' last two games, but has logged just three combined minutes over those contests. Though Jeremy Lin (hamstring) remains sidelined, it appears the Nets are comfortable proceeding into Monday's game against the Wizards with Isaiah Whitehead, Randy Foye and Sean Kilpatrick as their primary options at point guard. Ferrell, meanwhile, should be in line for a huge workload with Long Island in their matchup Monday against the Sioux Falls Skyforce. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

HoosiersLoveBanners Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 The Nets, arguably the worst run franchise in the NBA, were never a good fit for Yogi. Not sure what he saw in them other than playing time. He needs to choose his next offer somewhere with a good culture and up tempo system. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 I'm a little surprised. I thought he was doing well enough to deserve some run. Tons more time to find a place to lock on. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
biteoftheapple Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 I do not know the answer, a question I have is a team forced to place a player on waivers if he doesnt stick after a few call ups? Quote
