VCU OSU had been good.

Ugh, people always bring up how UNC has yet to be punished as an example of how the NCAA sucks at serving justice but Syracuse should be the new example. The punishment made sense right up until they discounted the non-JB games at committee. Like hey, that was literally the point of his suspension, not to give them the opportunity to lose without consequence.

Hawaii up 36-30 with the guards not really playing that well. I'm surprised Hawaii hasn't pressured Cal's guards more with two of them being out. If Hawaii can come out in the second half like they usually do they can get some separation.

I understand this sentiment and I know this has been discussed a lot before...

 

My question is who is the NCAA trying to punish?

School? - Fines punish the school, Post Season Ban = loss of income

Coach? - Suspension and/or fines is punishment... possiblity of Show Clauses etc for Future.... Vacate Wins from Coaching Record.

Current Players? - Why punish the current players at all if it happened prior to them arriving. (I think this is the good part of those 9 games being discounted by the committee.)

Prior Players? - Not much you can do but strip their names from the record books, vacate wins, etc.
