Have we heard anything new about this weekend with Garland? Langford’s board getting a lot of attention (albeit, about less Langford-ness news) so just seeing if anyone saw news on Twitter or other media outlets.

Nothing regarding DG himself, at least not via the Twitter machine.

Moses Brown is also visiting UCLA this weekend, which I didn't know. That's the only thing I've seen.

So Garland to UCLA isn't happening. No worries here as not sure if anyone was. Alford had Wilkes try his best recruiting pitch, which probably wasn't a good idea considering Wilkes was IU's if not for Crean. Nice little getaway for him though. This upcoming week will play a big role in his decision and could end up making a final one quickly. Expect a visit from IU and Vandy before he does though. UK isn't really in the picture anymore either unless something drastic happens.

BTW Wilkes didn't dislike Crean at all just saw the writing on the wall and decided to go another route(UCLA) which has Indiana ties.

This kid will be so much fun as a Hoosier. He is a likeable kid. Tons of swagger. Sick handles (not Newkirk hands).

Yes I do, feel more confident saying that about Romeo but Darius is a Hoosier barring any last minute changes which COULD happen. He isn't even home yet so more details could come out about his Vandy visit since it happened so late. All I have heard is UCLA stuff tho. Garland will commit before signing day tho. I really expect something this week, but we will have to wait and see :)

Have to share a funny encounter with a Vandy "insider". He reached out asking my opinion first, which was odd then started getting mad when I told him I believed we were the leader. Also said Vandy very well could get him, he loves Drew and he responded that that was his thoughts but why would he go to IU when Darius and his dad have no connections!!?? I told him they did and said papa winston probably pushes IU over its neck and neck and he had no idea he was a IU fan. Basically I have stopped following any Vandy boards or anything after this happened. They know close to nothing. Which is why national media will be the ones to follow in this.
