(2018) SG Romeo Langford - INDIANA HOOSIERS

Recommended Posts

It would be totally awesome if he took a page out of Garlands playbook and acted all excited on his visit to Vandy tomorrow, maybe even tell Garland and Drew that he's probably coming.  But then announced for IU next week after his game at Bloomington North.
Those two would go of the deep end if that happens. They are 100% banking on Romeo for drews little one year splash.
Without Romeo drew will be lucky to win 15 games next ywar.

I'm new and I work out of country. IU fan all my life. So honest question...Do we get that excited about a one and done, besides the obvious need to get such a high profile recruit for the hope of future recruits to follow? thoughts?

Bringing it back to basics. I like it.

The hype (and hyperventilating) is in the storybook scenario of an Indiana HS basketball great bringing IU back to national prominence.

He would help. But him committing elsewhere will not break this program, despite what some may say.

Not sure if im doing this right but I agree. I just don't agree with the Cal. mentality out of KY. I would rather see guys like the 4 we have coming who are good players and are going to be in for the time to bring IU back to where it belongs. I would love to Romeo at IU but a one and done just wont break us... IMO

Drew is going to end up pressing him and the family too hard and end up like Kansas during the in home visit awhile back. Drew is going to beg for a silent verbal this weekend.
