HoosierAloha Posted February 26, 2016 Posted February 26, 2016 Nice combine Jason. Make that money and rep your football school! Quote
MartintheMopMan Posted February 26, 2016 Posted February 26, 2016 http://www.nfl.com/combine/tracker#day=fullresults To follow all the results. Though, oh my gosh their system is stupid broken. If the number starts with a "1" it is smaller than if it starts with a "9" in all cases. Including for a 115 inch broad jump result v. 88 inches. Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 Mel Kipers Draft 3.0 31. Denver Broncos Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana Spriggs was one of the big winners in Indy. He's inconsistent on tape, but his size (just over 6-foot-5½) and athleticism (he crushed the short shuttle and 40 at the combine) make him an appealing prospect, especially in Denver's zone-blocking scheme. Adding depth up front will be one of the Broncos' top offseason priorit HoosierAloha, IUsafety, ALASKA HOOSIER and 1 other 4 Quote

Dalton26 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Matt Miller has Spriggs going #16 to the Lions. 16. Detroit Lions—T Jason Spriggs, Indiana — A reach on my board, Spriggs has the athleticism to wow teams much like Ereck Flowers and Andrus Peat did last year. He's the type of tackle the Lions draft to move Riley Reiff away from the left side. Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Not sure how he's not a lock for the first round, hopefully someone has confidence in him Quote

Berghoosier Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 I hope my Browns take him with the 1st pick tonight. He can learn from the best left tack technician as Joe Thomas' understudy. Quote
MartintheMopMan Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 I think Garnett will be a good fit for the Niners but I was disappointed we moved up for O-line and didn't pick Spriggs. It's funny, the trade-up was almost EXACTLY what I predicted except the player. I will add the team analysts I trust most played their audio for that pick to show how underwhelmed they were and the two names excitedly yelled when guessing who the pick was were "Jack" and "Spriggs". Not much of a compensation, but he won't last in the next round. Quote
Dalton26 Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 I remember saying I wouldn't want the Colts to draft Spriggs that high and I got backlash. Guess I wasn't the only one now. MartintheMopMan 1 Quote

How high did you expect/would be good for you? He will be an early second rounder, I would have taken him at the end of the first for the fifth year option. Quote
