2015 #IUBB Offseason Thread

That was Webber. I don't understand why he kept pronouncing it that way while the other two pronounced it normal the whole game. Webber did only stay in college for two years though, and probably didn't go to class much.

That was almost as bad as announcers all year trying to pronounce "Hanner Mosquera-Perea" all year. 

 

And we know that Webber can't count. (How many time-outs do you get, Chris?)

I don't know what Doyel's intent of this tweet was, but teams calling a coach literally mean nothing. They will call the high school/AAU/college coaches of 120 different prospects over the coming months just to get a feel for personality, demeanor, etc. To me this means nothing at all.

This may have been answered, but I haven't read through the rest yet.  But he's being singled out since he sat out all year he'd be eligible to play immediately at any school I think.

I don't think it matters that he sat out.  At the end of his college eligibility, he can apply for a medical redshirt but he's still technically on the team.

 

The year of sitting out on a transfer starts when you sign the papers to leave the school.   Otherwise, any player that has been on redshirt could just switch schools and play immediately.

 

If DD was going anywhere, we would have heard about it by now as he would have filled out his transfer papers a long time ago.
