Question about the SMU goaltending call. I looked the rule up and part of the rule clearly states "entirely above the rim and has the possibility of entering the basket". This shot clearly had no chance of going in. So why was it called.

Judgement call. I guess the possibility existed that it could have gone in, but I really cant see it. That's from watching replays though, not sure what the official saw from his angle, but it is what it is. Judgement call.
