When I was in Cancun, I got hooked on beer margaritas.  It is not so much a winter drink, but man is it smooth.

 

1 can of frozen limeaid concentrate

3 bottles of corona

1 cup of cheap tequila (you won't know the difference)

mix in a pitcher and pour over ice

That sucks. I know at my job we aren't allowed to work more than 12 hours on one shift. I got plenty of heads up from many different managers keeping me posted so I didn't go over my 12

 

I've started going in early to help them set up for the night. Last night they asked me to stay after a bit to help the next shift out since the guys who were suppose to be doing something do a horrible job of it. I got paid overtime for it, but I wasn't happy with other people not being able to do their job properly.
