That is a special team I think. One we can all get excited about.

The way I look at it is that Crean has to land a Bryant or Maker. Adding one of these guys to the team shines the spotlight on his coaching abilities and leaves little room for excuses (although many will find plenty of he fails). I'm all for that. Let's get one of these boys in here and see what Crean can do. We would have 4 high school All Americans and the excuses go bye bye.

This is year 7, he's had a burger boy in 4 of those years and two in a couple of them.  If the excuses haven't stopped yet they never will.

Not comparing, but the "two top 5 picks and only got a sweet 16" line of thinking is about as dumb and short sighted as one could possibly be.
