NashvilleHoosier Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 Lol…odds were +7612 on this. And WV had a good look at the FT line with about 3 or 4 seconds left to win. I hate everything. johnsoniu 1 Quote

X falls to 17-11 (7-10) Xavier had moved to my watch list because of how poorly they had been playing lately. I had them as my top team of the last four in before the Seton Hall game; going to have to put all the numbers in from today, but looks like they will move to my last team in spot when the numbers are done. The Loyola loss IMO helps a lot of bubble teams as I think it pretty much guarantees the MVC to be a one bid league. Even if Loyola were considered to just eek into the field as an at large now, losing in the conference tournament would likely burst that bubble. Northern Iowa won the conference title and they are only 18-10 overall and Drake isn't tournament worthy either. Chris007 1 Quote
TheWatShot Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 So #3, #4 and #6 have already lost today, #2 is down double digits in the second half on the road, #1 is on the road against #23 later, and #5 is playing at #10. Whatever. Anything to keep Purdue in the top 5, I guess. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Hoosierfan1901 Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 My Eagles (17-7) won today against Lindenwood in a shootout. Unfortunately we didn’t win the Division being an 0.5 game back. However, we get to host an GLVC tournament game at 7:00 pm! ALASKA HOOSIER and HoosierAloha 2 Quote

TheWatShot Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 Lmao, Gonzaga down 15 at the half. If they don't come back, the top 6 will all lose today. It's almost like if you mess with Purdue, you mess with college basketball this year. Every time Purdue loses, the teams around them lose and they barely drop in the rankings, and/or the other top teams in the Big Ten go down as well. Earlier today, Gonzaga took over the top spot in Kenpom adjusted offense, now they go out and score 21 points in the first half. The basketball gods have given us gifts with some of the games Purdue has lost, but it's almost like they turn around and say "but we kind of really like these guys, so..." Quote

Demo Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 St Mary’s is certainly beatable and their ceiling is only so high, but Randy Bennett never gets out coached. Ever. That guy’s the best preparation and in game coach doing it right now. johnsoniu 1 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 In the sky is blue news, Georgetown is losing to UConn. Houston up 8 on SMU. SMU on the bubble....loss to Houston doesn't change that but a win would go a long way to getting them in. Uspshoosier 1 Quote
