LIHoosier Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 In the NCAA tournament being competed entirely within Indiana, the state of Indiana is down to...0 teams. Class of '66 Old Fart and Stromboli 1 1 Quote
coonhounds Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Well this helps take a little sting out of today's earlier news.Yes I agree. We also need to acknowledge we lost miserably to them a holes. Also big 10 looks majorly overrated so arch and our boys are far worse then we thought originally Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Pete Thamel - So what's an upset worth for a conference? Just got the detailed data today from the NCAA. UNT's win, for example, means that Conference USA brings an extra unit to the league, which is worth $337,141 for five years. That's an extra $1,685,705 for the league. Serious $$ for that conference. cthomas 1 Quote

Hardwood83 Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Glad the B1G is crapping the bed, I hope they go 0 fer the rest of the tourney. Don't want Illini to win anything. Let the world burn! Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Purdue can probably forget about that preseason top 5 ranking everyone was ready to give them. Idk about that. They will still be really good. 1 game doesn’t change that. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

So, yes, our awful season looks even worse than thought. coonhounds 1 Quote

But IU was bad this year. Regardless if Stevens not coming, Dolson made the right move by making a coaching change. Quote

It's hard to justify ranking a team that high when they lose to North Texas in the first round and were unranked for most of this season. Quote
