Alford Bailey Posted November 30, 2019 Posted November 30, 2019 Forget Zion Anthony Edwards is the best college player Ive seen in a long long time. Easily take him with the first pick. Quote
MikeRoberts Posted November 30, 2019 Posted November 30, 2019 Returning role players from a team that lost in the first round of the NIT to Georgia Tech. Lol just a little different then having returning players that played in the championship game and from B1G tourney championship teams Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile appCome on now... this isn’t fair at all. You really think those two are better than Newkirk, Johnson and Morgan? These aren’t just players from an NIT team but players from a BigTen championship team and also a sweet 16 team. Very selective look at these guys for sure Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app WayneFleekHoosier and Josh 2 Quote

I would take Morgan and Rojo over Teske and Simpson any day, not to mention Newkirk, Davis, Green etc. he had pieces. This Michigan team is not loaded with studs, just pieces that are working well together, something IU has had but hasn’t gotten to work the past few seasons. Very selective look at these guys for sure Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile appJuwan started 0 games as a freshman during the B1G championship, sweet 16 year and averaged 9 min and 2 pts a game, Newkirk didn’t play a second that year because he was sitting out as a redshirt. Rob played 24 min a game and started 22 games , 8 pts a game. I absolutely think Xavier Simpson is a better college player then Rob or newkirk and I’m not sure it’s even close. Simpson is a type of pg I want on my team. Livers started 22 games as a freshman including starting along side Simpson in the National Title game. Teske had a big jump in his junior year just like Morgan did. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app thebigweave and IUsafety 2 Quote

When? I think you are looking at this from Teske and Simpsons best vs Rojo and Morgan’s worst. Rojo and morgan were the ideal role players in their earlier years and were two of the better players in the league as upperclassmen averaging 14 and 15 ppg respectively as seniors. How you look at Morgan and think, I would rather have Teske I don’t knowSent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
mdn82 Posted November 30, 2019 Posted November 30, 2019 I don’t have that big of a dog in this fight. But Morgan vs Teske isn’t really close if you go year by year of their careers. Rojo started 118 games. He put up decent numbers offensively. Simpson impacts the game in a different way so the comparison is difficult. I prefer Simpsons career because of his impact on the PG position and how good at it he has been for 3 years. But this one is closer. Rojo was the highest rated of the four. Morgan was third. Not a huge difference between 1 and 2, and then 3 and 4. I think the difference is having that smart PG means so much in today’s game. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
