Hovadipo Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Tennessee deserves to lose this for keeping one of the best players in the country on the bench for that last possession. Quote
Demo Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Moss is literally the last option on the floor. What is he doing? And that was an obvious walk by Williams before the Bone 3. Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Iowa is going to be very good next year. Return almost everyone. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 I wouldn’t fault Barnes if he knocked out a couple of these refs. Calls were terrible to end the half. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Thank you Vols. I don't have them winning it all, but I did have them winning today and against PUke. Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app They kept saying he had 4 fouls, but I see no good reason for him not to be in coming out of a timeout with the ball with 15 seconds left. Didn’t matter in the end obviously. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 I like how they kept talking about puke and KU being short handed with their injuries and players leaving the team. They forgot to mention that’s the problem you get when having to manage your salary cap the way they do. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Napleshoosier and Deserthoozier 2 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Watching the second round games, something that really sticks out to me is our shooting. We really have to get better from outside. pu, Auburn, Tenn (1st half), and many others are light years ahead of us from deep. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners pumpfake 1 Quote

TheWatShot Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Glad UT won, but that second half doesn't give me a lot of confidence that they'll beat Purdue. Quote
MemphisHoosier Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Read this afternoon that Jalen Adaway is transferring from Miami (OH). 6'5" Sophomore wing from Logansport who started 15 games this season for the Redhawks. KenPom has him at a 111 ORTG (very good) with a very solid eFG (54.0) & low turnover rate this season. Not sure he is a B1G contributor, but a name to watch this offseason. http://www.verbalcommits.com/players/jalen-adaway Quote

Jumper needed work coming out of high school haven’t seen him much at Miami to see if it improved. Very good defender. Not sure if he is Big Ten caliber though. HoosierAloha Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 It’s crazy the percentage other teams hit open 3s. If we could have hit just half of those open attempts IU is dancing. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners BGleas and theriverpilot 2 Quote

HoosierAloha Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 None of these refs want to be the ref that gives Zion his second early in the first half. They’re making up for it on the other end by not calling fouls on his defender. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
